Vibhor Steel Tubes made a net profit of ₹44.4 million in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 (Q4 FY25). This is a little less than the ₹48.9 million profit made in the same quarter last year (Q4 FY24). However, compared to the third quarter (Q3 FY25), the profit increased by 29% from ₹34.3 million.
The company’s income from business in Q4 grew by 16.6% to ₹2.88 billion. Earnings before interest, tax, and other expenses (EBITDA) for the quarter were ₹121.6 million.
For the full year FY25, VSTL made a total profit of ₹117.7 million. This is lower than the ₹177.2 million profit it made in FY24. The total income for the year also dropped from ₹10.73 billion in FY24 to ₹9.96 billion in FY25. Earnings per share (EPS) went down to ₹6.21 from ₹9.34 the previous year.
More than 80% of VSTL’s business comes from making products for Jindal Pipes under the “Jindal Star” brand.
VSTL expects profits to grow in FY26 due to higher demand from sectors like infrastructure, housing, and automobiles. The company is also focusing more on value-added products, which should help earnings.
VSTL has opened a new galvanised iron plant in Telangana. This has doubled its production capacity to 48,000 metric tonnes per year and will support the growth of its crash barrier business.
In February 2024, VSTL raised ₹721.7 million through an IPO. It has manufacturing units in Maharashtra and Telangana, mainly serving customers in the southern and western parts of India.
