Shree Cement, one of India’s leading cement producers, has appointed Jay Mukhopadhyay as its new Corporate Safety Head. With over three decades of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Mukhopadhyay is well-regarded for his ability to integrate safety into corporate culture and lead large-scale, compliance-driven safety initiatives across industrial operations.

In his new role, Mukhopadhyay will lead the company’s safety strategy across all plants and project sites. His key priorities will include establishing a unified safety framework, fostering behavioural safety practices, and aligning Shree Cement’s safety systems with global standards.
