In a chat with CW, Sanjay Chowdhury, Vice President and Business Head at Berger Paints India, explained how the company is bringing new ideas to different industries, focusing on sustainability, and working as a trusted partner on big projects. The industrial coatings division, called Protective Coatings, helps Berger grow steadily because it balances out the seasonal ups and downs of decorative paints. This division supplies coatings to industries like oil and gas, shipping, and heavy engineering, where products need to be strong and last a long time in tough conditions. Berger plans to keep expanding this part of the business.
