Vardhman Special Steels Limited (VSSL) and Japan’s Aichi Steel Corporation have taken their partnership to the next level. Aichi Steel has increased its shareholding in VSSL from 11.33% to 24.90%.

The formal agreement was signed during a special ceremony, marking an important milestone in the growing collaboration between the two companies.

This move further strengthens ties between India and Japan in the steel sector. It will also help VSSL benefit from Aichi Steel’s advanced technology and global expertise, supporting VSSL’s goal to produce higher-quality steel products and expand its international reach.
