Adani Cement has partnered with CREDAI (the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India) to improve the quality and sustainability of construction in India. This special agreement was signed during a big meeting in Panjim, Goa, in the presence of Goa’s Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant. Many top real estate developers from across the country were also there.
With this partnership:
- Adani Cement will connect with over 13,000 CREDAI member developers across India to grow its business.
- CREDAI members will get access to Adani’s high-quality and eco-friendly cement and concrete products.
What CREDAI Developers Will Get:
- Eco-Friendly Concrete
Adani will offer special Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) with lower carbon emissions. This includes:- ECOMaxX: Green concrete with 30–100% less carbon.
- Jetsetcrete, Coolcrete, SCC: Concrete that is strong, quick-setting, or keeps cool, as needed.
Adani has over 101 RMX plants across India and plans to share environmental data for all its concrete products soon.
- Premium Cement Brands
Developers will get trusted brands like Ambuja Plus and ACC Concrete Plus, which are known for strong and long-lasting buildings. These premium products already make up 30% of Adani Cement’s total sales. - Green-Certified Products
Products like Ambuja Compocem, Kawach, and ACC Gold are certified by GRIHA – a government green building rating system. This means they are environment-friendly. - Advanced Additives and R&D Help
