JTL Industries is excited to share that it will be setting up a new factory line to make special high-strength steel pipes. These pipes will follow ASTM and API standards, which are often used in industries like oil and gas, water supply, and city gas distribution.

The new line will be able to produce 3,00,000 metric tonnes of pipes every year and is expected to be fully ready within the next 12 months. With this expansion, JTL aims to become one of the few companies in India that can make large, thick pipes for demanding uses.

The company said this investment will help them offer over 500 different types of pipes, giving them the ability to meet a wide range of needs from different industries. These types of pipes also bring in better profits—Rs 7,000 to Rs 8,000 per tonne—making this a smart business move.
