Joon Realty, a luxury real estate company, has announced a new project called Adi Grand, a large, eco-friendly retreat spread over 40 acres. It is located on the outskirts of Jaipur, close to the upcoming Delhi-Jaipur-Mumbai Expressway (NH148).
This project will cost Rs 450 crore and is designed to combine nature, luxury living, and eco-friendly architecture. More than 60% of the land will be kept green, with a man-made lake in the center.
Earlier this year, the company shared plans to invest Rs 1,125 crore as it moves from buying land to actively building real estate.
The launch comes at a time when mixed-use developments (that combine living, leisure, and nature) are becoming more popular. According to Colliers, around $191 million was invested in such projects in the first quarter of 2025, showing that more people are looking for places that offer both lifestyle and investment value.
