GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP – a partnership of three companies (GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty) – has launched a huge luxury apartment project in Hyderabad called The Cascades Neopolis. - The buildings are inspired by waterfalls in nature and are being designed by top global experts like UHA London, Coopers Hill Singapore, Studio HBA Singapore, and Buro Happold (UK).
- The homes will include smart home features, energy-saving technology, and green building practices like solar power, rainwater harvesting, and advanced air purification.

- The Cascades will have many wellness features like gardens, yoga decks, outdoor gyms, and meditation areas.
- It is aiming to become South India’s first residential project to receive WELL Pre-Certification, which means it will focus heavily on health and well-being.
