315Work Avenue, a coworking space provider company, has made huge plans to expand. The firm will put ₹400 crore into adding 2 million square feet of new office space in the next twelve months. This is in reaction to increasing demand for flexible workspaces by small, medium, and large-sized businesses.
Currently, 315Work Avenue operates around 3 million square feet of space with approximately 60,000 seats across 45 best locations in cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune. The firm aims to expand to 10–12 cities within the next two years and achieve 5 million square feet of space this year.
Within the last year alone, the company rented more than 1.25 million square feet to tenants. Some of their prominent clients include BNY Mellon, Tata Technologies, Tata Motors, Urban Company, and AstraZeneca.
The creator of 315Work Avenue, Manas Mehrotra, stated that increasingly, businesses desire flexible office space. Flexible office space allows businesses to cut costs, enhance collaboration, and adapt space according to business requirements. He opines that coworking spaces are becoming a significant element of the real estate sector and the trend will continue to grow.
